All these patterns on my face

Are stories untold

Every file contains a different case

Yet I find a way to be bold

To those who think I’m blessed

I am nothing but stressed

My first name is depression

Yet I try to give no reaction

Take me away

Take me far away

Pain has become a familiar face

That I wish not to embrace

Conceal, don’t feel

Because I am privileged

I turn a blind eye even when I see

Finally driven to the edge

My hands are cold

I cannot say the words that will set me free

These tapes cannot hold

One day, I will finally break the seal
